What to expect during a treatment?
A treatment begins with reviewing your current lifestyle (24-hour food recall), as well as your goals, and every lifestyle factors (work, school, family, etc.), followed by recommendations to help achieve those goals on a healthy, and individual basis. The 60-minute first session also includes and individualized meal plan to meet your needs, help achieve your goals and allow variety within the diet.
